Upon receiving his license to practice law in 2002, Espinosa became an associate attorney at ALVES &amp; CO. ABOGADOS \/ ATTORNEYS AT LAW, now LAWEALTH  BOGADOS (PARTNER), until he was called to public service in 2010 as Panama's Alternate Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, Switzerland,\nwhere he remained until 2011.\nAfter a brief period back in the private sector,  uring which he became a Partner of the firm LAWEALTH ABOGADOS \/ ATTORNEYS, he returned to the public sector, this time as Director General of Foreign Policy, with the rank of Ambassador, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He served as such, and several times as Deputy Chancellor in Charge, until he resigned in March 2013 to rejoin the law firm and serve as Director of the consulting firm ALVES &amp; Co.
